Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent for any optional processing.

What happens next

We acknowledge every request within 5 business days.
We complete most requests within 30 days, as required by APP 12.
We don't charge for access or correction. For repeated or unreasonable requests, a small fee may apply (we'll quote first).
Some records (e.g. transactions for tax purposes) we are legally required to keep for up to 7 years and cannot delete on request.
